Our first born has just turned 9! We called her our dinner baby because she was born around 6:00 pm. This little girl of ours is growing up so fast. She is so mature and has such a great personality we are so pleased. For her birthday we celebrated a lot! It started with her choice of homemade waffles for breakfast, and homemade oreo's for her class. She also opened a present to start the day because she just couldn't wait. Then we had her favorite pesto pasta for dinner and cake and presents. Her little party was with her best friend on Saturday with GiGi's cupcakes and a mani-pedi. Then we went to dinner with family at the Elephant Bar. Whew. It was fun.
Here are 9 things about our Liberty:
- She is our little bookworm! She loves to read. She is currently finishing up the Harry Potter series even though she has already seen all movies!
- Liberty loves to draw. Art is her favorite class in school.
- She is very kind to everyone. Especially her little sister.
- Liberty is conscientious and is always making good choices.
- She is not afraid to try new things. She's going to do swim team this summer for the first time.
- Liberty really enjoys playing the piano, practice and all.
- She has a wonderful imagination.
- Liberty likes to take her time and do her best. She cannot be rushed :)
- Last but not least she is beautiful inside and out!

Look at that beautiful nine year-old! The birthday bash sounds like it was a huge success - and yummy to boot!
